Michael Van Wagner, Director of Municipal Services

Mike has been with the Municipal Services Department since 1993 and is a 20 year member of the Howard City Fire Department and holds the rank of Captain. Mike is a State Certified Water and Sewer operator.

Chris Stapp, Equipment Operator/Laborer

Chris has been with the Municipal Services Department since 1997 and is a 17 year member of the Howard City Fire Department. Mike is a State Certified Water and Sewer operator. Chris is a certified water and waste water operator and is the chief lab tech at the wastewater treatment plant.

Bill Cornelisse, Equipment Operator/Laborer

Bill has been with the Municipal Services Department since 2004 and is a member of the Howard City Fire Department. Bill is working toward achieving his Water and Waste Water certification.
