Village Manager

 

The Village Manager serves as the chief administrative officer for the Village of Howard City...administers and coordinates the various functions of Village government and operations as outlined in the Village charter, ordinances and policies.
 
Mark has served as the Manager of Howard City since May of 2005.  He has a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Masters of Public Administration Degree from Grand Valley State University.  He has also completed the Michigan Public Service Institute through Central Michigan University's College of Extended Learning.
