The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have the power to authorize a specific variance from site development requirements such as lot area and width regulations, building height and bulk regulations, yard width and depth regulations, and off-street parking and loading space requirements.
The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hear and decide such matters as described in the Village’s Zoning Ordinance. The Board of Appeals shall have the power to interpret the zoning map, to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged that an error was made by the Zoning Administrator, and to approve variances from the provisions of this ordinance.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on an as-needed basis.
