The Village Manager serves as the chief administrative officer for the Village of Howard City. The Manager administers and coordinates the various functions of Village government and operations as outlined in the Village charter, ordinances and policies.

VILLAGE CLERK/TREASURER - UTILITY BILLING CLERK
The Village Clerk has custody over and maintains all village records, including minutes, resolutions, and ordinances.
The Village Treasurer has custody over and receives all village money, bonds, mortgages, notes, leases and evidence of value, collects taxes and keeps an account of all receipts and expenditures.
